Fred, REALLY helped me out of a jam in a time-sensitive installation for a column refrigerator and freezer needed prior to a buyer's inspection and their acceptance of the buyer's contract for purchase of our house. Huge headaches with the last minute appliance installers delivery timeline were avoided. Fred's willingness to drop everything and book me for the following early morning installation was a wonderful relief from having called no less than 9 plumbers offering emergency service. Fred tackled the plumbing installation with vigor and his amicable personality. His price was very fair, and transparent as to what was to occur and provided 2 alternatives to proposed materials used indicating the individual costs of each. The job was complete on time as promised.
