"My shower was leaking, this was made clear by the growing wet spot on the ceiling below. Several plumbers were called out to find and fix the leak. My shower was resealed, drain replaced, and other temp fixes. The spot on the ceiling continued to grow. I called Titan plumbing and explained the issue I was having and how no one had been able to fix the leak. I was assured that the leak would be located. Over the phone I was told what he thought the issue was. After 10 minutes of being in my home Fred was able to show me very clearly what was leaking. The issue was once and for all fixed. I appreciate that no guesses were made, no probablies. I was shown the leak, I saw the repair, I was fully confident the the issue was resolved. After all that it seems like such a simple fix. Though Titan was the first plumber to take the time to listen to me and find the leak."
